Very Berry Smoothie

Here’s our Very Berry Smoothie recipe to keep the sunshine in and boost your energy. ☀️

Easy to make and packed with lots of nutrients to send you on your way in the morning. 😍

Blend the following ingredients until completely smooth:
– 1 banana
– 1 cup of your favourite berries (fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or a mix)
– 1 1/2 cup of your favourite plant based milk
– 1 1/2 cup of water
– 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 3 tablespoon hemp seeds
– 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
– 1 teaspoon maca powder
– 2 drops of liquid vitamin D (1000 IU per drop)
Makes one portion of approximately 800-900 ml that you drink slowly to make the yummy last longer. 😋
